The Tourist Information Centre in Jablonec nad Nisou offers visitors and local citizens services and comprehensive tourist information about the city, the region and the Jizera Mountains.
We will be pleased to see you at either of our branches during your visit to Jablonec! There are two branches to choose from: the branch at the Scheybal Centre (Kostelní 1/6, Jablonec nad Nisou) or on the ground floor of the town hall (Mírové náměstí 19, Jablonec nad Nisou).
WE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
An information service in the area of tourism – about places of interest for tourists, accommodation, catering, interpreting, guide and translation services, transport, cultural and sports activities and do on.
We publish and offer catalogues and other informative materials. We sell maps, brochures, books with a regional theme, printed guides, souvenirs, regional products, postcards, public transport tickets, stamps, tourist badges and Wander Stamps, etc.
There is free internet access available.

The TIC holds a number of certificates from the Association of Tourist Information Centres (A.T.I.C.) – classification class B and level I of the Czech “Q” service quality system.
